Common Questions for an Oxford Tattoo Artist

As a passionate Oxford tattoo artist, I specialise in one-of-a-kind baroque, ornamental, and fine-line tattoos that combine elegance, imagination, and symbolism.

✧ Your Tattoo Journey – Art That Speaks to You

A tattoo is more than ink — it’s a deeply personal and permanent form of expression. My style draws inspiration from baroque architecture, sculpture, and surreal fantasy, creating timeless designs that reflect your inner story.

You don’t need a finished design — that’s where I come in. Whether you bring a symbol, a reference image, or just an idea, I’ll work with you to create a custom piece that feels like it belongs on your skin.

If you need to ask someone else what tattoo you should get… you might not be ready yet.

I only work with custom tattoos — no flash, no copies. If you bring in an existing design, I’ll reinterpret it in my signature style to ensure you receive a unique and exclusive piece. I also reserve the right to decline anything offensive or culturally insensitive.

✧ Placement & Size – Where the Art Lives

Tattoos are not only artistic but also social statements. Placement affects both aesthetics and real-life circumstances. I’m here to help guide your decision to suit your lifestyle, anatomy, and intentions.

I do not tattoo:
  • Faces
  • Hands or fingers
  • Genital areas
  • Necks (unless you already have significant tattoo coverage)

Together, we’ll choose the right placement and scale for your vision.

✧ Tattoo Cost – What to Expect

Tattoo pricing depends on:

  • Size and level of detail
  • Colour vs. black and grey
  • Placement on the body
  • Time needed
  • Style complexity

For sessions over 3 hours, I charge by the hour. Smaller pieces have a set price. The best way to get an estimate? Send me your idea and let’s chat. Just remember — quotes are approximate until we finalise the design and duration.

✧ How to Book – Secure Your Spot with a Deposit

Once you’re ready, here’s what I need:

  • Subject or theme
  • Placement
  • Size in centimetres
  • Greyscale or colour?
  • Reference images + what you like/dislike about them
  • Availability
  • For cover-ups: photos + measurements of the tattoo you want to conceal

You can contact me through:

  • Email: gajdobrigitta11@gmail.com
  • WhatsApp or iMessage: +44 7507382138
  • Instagram DM @brigo.art
  • Or via my website enquiry form (preferred)

I’ll usually reply within 24 hours.

✧ Design Process – What Happens Before Your Appointment?

After your deposit is confirmed, I begin the design process. Depending on my schedule, your tattoo sketch will be ready a few days prior. In many cases, I prefer to freehand directly on the body for a natural flow that fits your unique form.

Designs are rarely emailed in advance, but I’ll always do my best to share a low-res preview if requested. My clients typically trust the creative process — and I honour that by putting 100% into your piece.

✧ Health Considerations – For Your Safety

Please consult your GP if you have:

  • Heart conditions
  • Bleeding disorders
  • Weakened immune system
  • Antibiotic needs before dental visits
  • Or if you are pregnant

You may need a doctor’s note, but these issues don’t usually prevent tattooing — they help me make it safer for you.

✧ Payment Methods

I accept:

  • All major credit/debit cards
  • Cash on the day of your appointment
